Saucy, delicious beef meatballs! My mom always made these meatballs when I was growing up, and I loved them!
Ingredients
Directions


Combine beef, breadcrumbs, egg and 2 tablespoons of steak sauce. Mix ingredients and shape into balls using a tablespoon. Add olive oil to a large skillet and brown meatballs on medium heat. Drain fat from skillet if there is any.

In a small bowl combine 2/3 cup steak sauce, 4 tablespoons of light brown sugar and 4 tablespoons melted butter and mix.

Pour mixture over meatballs in skillet, cover and simmer on low stirring frequently until sauce has thickened and meatballs are cooked through.

Plate your meatballs garnish with parsley and enjoy!
