Air Fryer Rotisserie Chicken

Chicken turns out so juicy and delicious! Perfect by itself or in a big pot of chicken noodle soup or chicken fettuccine.

    Equipment needed: Air Fryer with Rotisserie, Bakers twine.

    Air Fryer Rotisserie Chicken

    Pat chicken dry with a paper towel. Cover chicken in melted butter, rosemary and thyme. Tie kitchen twine around the wings, legs and tie legs together. Place the rotisserie in the chicken. See photos.

    Cook at 400 degrees for about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. Testing internal temperature with meat thermometer periodically until the temperature reads 165.

    Remove from air fryer and allow to rest for 15-20 minutes.
