Delicious and easy pumpkin spice bread! A fall favorite!🍁🍁🍁

Baking Equipment: nonstick cooking spray, parchment paper, 9in x 5in loaf pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease with cooking spray a 9 inch x 5 inch loaf pan. Place parchment paper in loaf pan so the bread will easily be lifted from the pan.
In a medium bowl combine 3/4 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs. Whisk in 1 cup of pumpkin.
In a large bowl combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
Pour egg, oil and pumpkin mixture into flour mixture and stir.
Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
Carefully lift the loaf out of pan.
Slice and enjoy!
