Easy 15 Minute Thai Lettuce Wraps

Easy delicious turkey Thai lettuce wraps.

    Step1

    In a large skillet on medium high heat, add sesame oil then ground turkey. Cook turkey for a few minutes. Slice green onions into 1/4-inch pieces and add white parts of onion to skillet, set aside green parts for topping garnish. Add water chestnuts to skillet and stir. Carefully prepare lettuce.

    Step2

    In a small bowl add 1/3 cup hoisin sauce, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 2 teaspoons sriracha hot chili sauce and 1/4 cup Asian Toasted Sesame salad dressing. Whisk until combined.

    Step3

    Cook turkey until no longer pink then add sauce. Stir until combined. Remove from heat.

    Step4

    Plate your dish with a lettuce leaf and a spoonful of the Thai turkey mixture and a sprinkle of the dark portions of the green onions. Enjoy!
