Ingredients

    Directions

Delicious sandwiches made with prosciutto, fresh garden tomatoes, melted mozzarella cheese, and creamy avocado, all layered on toasted buttery French bakery bread.

    Step1

Preheat oven to broil and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Slice French bread into 1-inch-thick slices.

    Step2

Butter one side of the French bread and sprinkle it with freshly grated mozzarella cheese. Place the bread under the broiler and cook for a few minutes, just until it’s toasted, and the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.

    Step3

Slice the tomatoes, then peel, pit, and slice the avocados.

    Step4

Assemble the sandwich by layering avocado slices on the toasted cheesy bread, followed by the tomato slices.

    Step5

Top each sandwich with a slice of prosciutto. Enjoy!
