Perfect chili for fall! Full of flavor with chicken, green chilis, white beans, spices and sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips, garlic toast or corn bread!
Ingredients
Directions
Dice medium onion and add to pot with a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Cube chicken into bitesize pieces and add to the pot. Next add in a teaspoon of garlic powder. Sauté on medium heat for several minutes.
Next add in chicken broth, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of oregano and 4 ounces of canned green chilis drained. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Add in 2 cans of beans drained. Allow chili to thicken, stirring occasionally.
Remove chili from heat and add 1/2 cup of half and half and 1 cup of sour cream. Stir until combined and serve.
