Made with homemade cream of chicken soup, a splash of soy sauce, French-fried onions and fresh green beans.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large pot boil enough water to cover the green beans. Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them to desired sizes. Boil them for 8-10 minutes. Once they are boiled, drain them and run cold water over them to stop the cooking process (blanching).
In a medium skillet with sides, add butter until melted. Next add in flour. Whisk on medium heat for a couple minutes.
Next add in chicken broth whisking until mixture starts to thicken. Add in spices.
Lastly add in heavy cream whisking until desired consistency is reached.
Mix cooked and drained green beans with the cream of chicken soup and 1-2 teaspoons of soy sauce. I use all of the soup.
Spread the green bean mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Add the French fried onions on top. Bake for 7-10 minutes. Onions cook quick, watch them closely.
