Easy 30-minute cheesy lasagna soup with ground beef Colby jack cheese and parmesan.🧀

    Directions

    Step1

    Start a pot of boiling water for the lasagna noodles and cook according to packaging instructions. In a large skillet with sides add in a tablespoon of olive oil, onions and mushrooms. Sauté until tender.

    Step2

    Add in meat, cooking until no longer pink. Drain off any fat.

    Step3

    Next add in canned tomato soup, spaghetti sauce mix and broth, stirring until combined. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer.

    Step4

    Add in pepper, cooked and drained noodles, parmesan cheese and Colby jack cheese. Simmer until desired consistency is reached.

    Step5

    Serve with more cracked pepper and parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
