Smoked Sausage with Cabbage Potatoes Onions & Garlic

Easy festive one skillet meal!

    Step1

    In a large skillet with sides add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil on medium heat. Rough chop the potatoes and onions and put them in the skillet with a generous amount of salt and pepper. Sauté for 7-10 minutes until potatoes start to brown and soften. Cover and stir occasionally. Next stir in garlic and sausage (I used Hillshire Farm), cover and cook on medium low until meat is heated through. Approximately 10-12 minutes.

    Step2

    Next add in cabbage, salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until cabbage is desired texture.

    Step3

    Plate your dish and enjoy!
