Delicious moist stuffing! Enjoy it by itself or use to stuff mushroom caps, fish & any other meats.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. In a large skillet add 2 tablespoons of butter. Heat on medium, add celery and onion, sautéing until softened.
Once celery and onions soften add Old Bay seasoning, sage and thyme stirring until combined. Remove from heat.
In a large mixing bowl combine cornbread stuffing, celery and onion mixture, lobster base broth and melted butter. Stir until combined.
Add 10 ounces of cooked smoked salmon to the stuffing mixture. Stir until combined.
Pour the salmon seafood stuffing into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Bake the stuffing at 350 degrees covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and baked uncovered for 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Enjoy!
