Boil eggs and allow to chill before chopping. Boil peeled potatoes. Allow for potatoes to cool enough to handle. While eggs and potatoes are chillin, make dressing. Add mayonnaise to a medium bowl. Next add dill weed and malt vinegar. Mix until combined.

Dice eggs, onions, celery, lettuce and potatoes and put them in a large bowl. Toss everything together. Add dressing on top and carefully stir until completely combined and everything is well coated.

Chill then garnish with a sprinkle of smoked paprika and serve. Enjoy!
