Easiest salmon ever with stout beer, miso & dark maple syrup.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Preheat oven to broil. Move oven rack 4 inches from heating element. Make sauce. In a small saucepan on medium high heat add the following miso paste, beer, maple syrup, lime juice and sriracha hot sauce. Heat until reduced by half whisking frequently.

Pat salmon dry with a paper towel.


Place salmon on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the sauce on the salmon. Make sure there is a generous amount. Broil salmon for 7-10 minutes, rotating during the cooking process so that they cook evenly. Baste with more sauce if desired. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.

Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Serve with lime wedges and enjoy.
