Hi I’m Kristy,
I am a huge foodie and love to cook! I grew up in Southern California and love the cuisine of the golden state! I was an Emergency Medical Technician and an antique shop owner. My husband was a firefighter in Southern California for 35 years. Together we traveled in search of antiques and great cuisine, from California all the way to Canada. We now live in Northern Idaho and have a huge garden and do tons of canning. Our nearest store is an hour away so I have a large pantry. I use what I have on hand and what is in season. In the winter months we are snowed in quite often so I do lots of cooking and baking and use what we have canned over the summer. I hope you enjoy my site and recipes, thank you for visiting.
