Easy juicy Adobo rotisserie chicken cooked entirely in the air fryer.

Adobo Seasoning Recipe (optional)
Directions
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Prep chicken. Open up the packaging and remove chicken. Remove from the cavity any giblets, packaging, etc. Pat chicken dry with a paper towel. Put the air fryer rotisserie fork into the chicken. Tie kitchen twine around the wings, legs and tie legs together.
Brush the chicken with melted butter and season with Adobo seasoning. There is an Adobo seasoning recipe provided in this tutorial for you. You can also use store bought kind. I have a link in the conclusion box at the bottom of this recipe for an Adobo seasoning that I like and that has a similar flavor profile as my homemade.
Place the chicken in the air fryer. Mine takes a little over an hour cooking time to reach 165 degrees internal temperature for a 4-pound chicken.
Once cooked let the chicken rest for about 10-15 minutes before serving. Then enjoy!
