Delicious juicy chicken on a bed of greens with walnuts, cranberries, sliced apples, Vermont sharp white cheddar cheese and a homemade honey mustard dressing.

Pat chicken breasts dry, salt and pepper both sides.
Heat a large skillet on medium heat with 2 tablespoons of butter.
Add chicken breasts to the skillet cooking until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165.
While chicken cooks make salad dressing. In a small bowl add Dijon mustard, honey, smoked paprika and garlic powder, stirring until combined.
Roughly chop walnuts, slice apple and cube cheese.
Add a generous helping of spring mix or lettuce of your choice to two bowls. Sprinkle with walnuts, cranberries, cheese and sliced apples.
Drizzle honey mustard dressing over salad. Slice chicken and place on top. Serve and enjoy!
