Moist and delicious banana nut bread is easy to make and pairs perfectly with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk!
Ingredients
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place parchment paper in a 9X5-inch loaf pan and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, 3/4 cup of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon.
In a medium bowl, mash the bananas with a fork or potato masher until they are smooth.
Add 2 eggs and 3/4 cup of vegetable oil to the mashed bananas and mix well.
Combine the dry flour mixture with the wet banana mixture, mixing thoroughly until fully blended.
Gently fold in half a cup of chopped walnuts until the mixture is just combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool for 15 minutes before removing it from the pan and placing it on a baking rack.
Once the banana nut bread has cooled, slice it and serve.
Enjoy!
