Banana Nut Bread

    Banana Nut Bread

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x5 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and place some parchment paper inside for easy bread loaf removal.

    Step2

    In a large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and ground cinnamon.

    Step3

    Mash the bananas with a potato masher or fork until smooth. In a small bowl combine mashed bananas, eggs and vegetable oil. Mix until completely combined.

    Step4

    Mix together the dry flour mixture and the wet banana mixture until completely combined.

    Step5

    Add chopped walnuts, stirring until combined.

    Step6

    Pour into the prepared loaf pan and bake 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly then remove from pan to a baking rack.

    Slice serve and enjoy!
