Easy chowder, perfect for fall and winter! Creamy broth with ham, cheddar cheese, corn, potatoes, carrots and parsnips!

Equipment needed: large stockpot
In a large stockpot combine: diced onions, parsnips, potatoes and carrots. Next add in chicken broth and heat to a boil then reduce to a simmer until vegetables soften.
In a large bowl whisk together milk and flour then add to the pot. Heat until soup starts to thicken, stirring frequently.
Next add in diced ham, butter, salt, pepper, corn and cheese. Cook until soup reaches desired consistency.
Serve with a sprinkle of parsley for garnish. Enjoy!
