Rich and creamy Swiss cheese white wine sauce with chicken, ham and pasta.
Ingredients
Directions
Start rotini pasta water and follow instructions on pasta package.
In a large skillet with high sides, add 2 tablespoons of butter on medium heat. Whisk in flour, cooking for a couple minutes.
Next add in white wine cooking for a few minutes, then add in cream and chicken broth. Whisk frequently while sauce thickens.
Once sauce has thickened, add in cheese, stirring until cheese is completely melted.
Add in cooked shredded chicken and cooked cubed ham tossing in cheese sauce.
Next add in pasta and toss with sauce and meat.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
