Preheat a large skillet with a tablespoon of olive oil. Add diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté for 6-7 minutes.

Add in ground chicken, cooking until no longer pink. Any kind of ground meat can be used in this recipe.

While meat and vegetables cook, make sauce. In a small bowl add catsup, brown sugar, mustard powder, chicken broth, salt and pepper.

Once meat is cooked add in sauce, cooking until sauce is reduced in volume.

Serve on a hamburger bun or your favorite roll with potato chips and pickles. enjoy!
