    Step1

    Cook rice following the instructions on the packaging only instead of adding water, add chicken broth in the place of the water. The broth will give the rice a boost in savory flavor.

    Step2

    Once the rice is cooked, add in finely chopped cilantro and lime juice gently stirring and fluffing with a fork. Next add in rinsed and drained black beans and drained canned corn. Gently stir until combined.

    Step3

    Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve. Enjoy!
