Directions

In a large heavy pot on medium heat, add butter, cooking until melted. Add onions, carrots and celery sautéing for a few minutes until vegetables start to soften.

Add in potato continuing to sauté. Add in flour mixing until vegetables are coated.

Next add thyme, rosemary, half and half and chicken broth, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer until vegetables are tender.

Add noodles to the soup, cooking until pasta is al dente, then add cooked chicken. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve and enjoy!
