Super easy quick sandwich bread recipe. I make this about once a week. It’s light, super easy to thinly slice, and tastes wonderful as a sandwich or by itself!

Equipment needed: 9x5 inch loaf pan, bread lame, razor blade or sharp knife if desired.
This can be done in a bread machine on raw dough cycle, a stand mixer with a hook attachment or by hand. In a large mixing bowl add flour, yeast, salt, honey, warm milk and melted butter. Stir until combine. Kneed for 12-15 minutes.
Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray and place dough inside. Score the dough on top with a bread lame, razor blade or sharp knife if desired. Cover and allow to rise in a warm place for 45 minutes to an hour. Next, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Bake bread for 25-30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes, then remove from loaf pan and place on a cooling rack.
Bread is a breeze to thinly slice when its completely cool, if you can wait that long :) Enjoy!!
