Delicious, sweet & tangy fig & balsamic glazed chicken cutlets. Easy, quick weeknight meal!

Directions

Fillet chicken breasts slicing lengthwise.

Pat chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Season both side with salt and cracked pepper.

Heat a large skillet on medium high heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Brown chicken.


In a small bowl combine fig preserves, balsamic vinegar and Dijon mustard. Whisk until combined.


Pour the glaze over the chicken and continue to cook until sauce reduces into a sticky glaze and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

Plate and enjoy!
