Grilled Steak Fajitas

Fajita Seasoning (optional)

    Directions

    Step1

    Make fajita seasoning by combining ingredients in a small bowl. Store leftover seasoning in an airtight container.

    Step2

    30 minutes before grilling steak rub with fajita seasoning. Grill steak till it reaches and internal temperature on the digital thermometer of 145. Allow steak to rest for 15 minutes.

    Step3

    While steak rests sauté veggies. In a large skillet add 1 tablespoon olive oil and sauté onions and peppers until slightly softened but not soggy.

    Step4

    Slice meat and assemble fajitas with strips of meat, peppers, onions and Pico de Gallo. Sprinkle with cheese and add a dollop of sour cream. Enjoy!
