    Step1

    Crust Instructions: Combine flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Cut in cubed butter till mixture resembles a course meal. Add water. mix and fold the dough over into itself until a shaggy dough forms. Remove the dough to a work surface and fold the dough into itself a few more times. When dough looks cohesive and not too dry, form into a disk, wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

    Step2

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll dough out to about 13 inches and place into pie plate. Dock the dough (poke holes with a fork) so it doesn't bubble while baking. bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let crust cool completely before filling it.

    Step3

    Meanwhile in a large mixing bowl combine egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, honey, lemon and lime juices. Mix on medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth and combined. Allow for mixture to thicken for a few minutes then pour into pie crust. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, just till pie sets up. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for 4-5 hours or until pie is completely chilled.

    Slice and serve. Enjoy!
