    Step1

    Boil potatoes and eggs and allow to cool. Once cooled chop and add them to a large mixing bowl. Chop jalapenos adding them to the bowl along with a tablespoon of the pickling liquid. Adjust jalapeno heat to your taste. Chop and add celery and green onions.

    Step2

    Add in smoked paprika, cumin, salt, pepper and mayonnaise, stirring until combined. Chill and serve. Enjoy!
