My brother lives in Kennebunk Port Maine, I hope he loves this recipe!
Prepare your lobster. I broil mine with a generous amount of butter and a pinch of smoked paprika mixed in. If you would like to see this full recipe and tutorial click here: Broiled Lobster Tails
Once your lobster is cooked, cut into 1-inch pieces and lightly dress while still warm with a scant teaspoon of mayonnaise and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Lobster is one of those things that really needs nothing to be absolutely wonderfully delicious! :) Less is more in my opinion!
Preheat your over to broil. Butter the cut side of the rolls and place them cut side up in the oven for 2-5 minutes watching very closely. Toast until golden brown. Fill with lobster and enjoy!
