Palm Springs Date Milkshake (Hadley’s Recipe)

This delicious milkshake is a childhood favorite of mine and my husbands! Original World-Famous recipe of Hadley Fruit Orchards in Southern California, where my husband and I grew up. We lived about 10 minutes from Hadley's. Hadley's famous Date Shakes were and still are located in Cabazon California, the last town and stop before you hit Palm Springs. The inside of the little walk-up food counter cafe walls is covered in autographs of all the movie stars who stopped in for the popular "Date Shake" or "Banana Date Shake" my favorite! Cabazon is also famous for the dinosaurs which were in the National Lampoons Vacation movie. Here are some photos of postcards I collected over the years. Enjoy! 1/4 cup of Deglet Noor Dates are the dates used in this particular recipe.

Add everything to a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached. The picture shown is the Banana Date Milkshake recipe.
