Add softened cream cheese to a large mixing bowl Blend the cream cheese until fluffy and smooth. This will help make sure there are no lumps.

Fold into the cream cheese one tub of Cool Whip topping. Don't overmix, overmixing will make it not as fluffy.

Next add in drained pineapple and pecans. Gently stirring.

Lastly add in pudding mix and shredded coconut. Mix just until combined. Chill for a couple of hours while everything sets up.

Serve with whipped cream and enjoy!
