Puff Pastry Bavarian Cream Puffs with Strawberries

So incredibly easy & so incredibly delicious with only 5 ingredients!

    Step1

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut puff pastry sheet into 6 equal size rectangles. Bake for 20 minutes rotating the baking sheet halfway through so the pastries bake evenly. Cool the pastries on a baking rack.

    Step2

    Make Bavarian cream. In a stand mixer mixing bowl add 1 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream and one 3.4-ounce box of Jello instant French vanilla pudding mix. Mix on high for a couple minutes or until cream thickens into a fluffy Bavarian cream.

    Step3

    Spread the cream on the puff pastries with a butter knife or offset spatula. Slice the strawberries and add them to the top with a sprinkle of powdered sugar. Refrigerate or serve.
