Rock Fish in a White Wine Garlic Butter Sauce

Delicious flaky rock fish in a buttery garlic sauce with smoked paprika thyme and capers.

Ingredients

    Directions

    Step1

    Pat fish dry with a paper towel.

    Step2

    Heat skillet to medium and place 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet.

    Step3

    Salt and pepper both sides of fish and place in the skillet. Cook a couple minutes on each side. Next add in butter, garlic, white wine, thyme, smoked paprika and capers. Turn fish and baste in sauce until cooked. Remove from heat.

    Step4

    Serve fish on a plate with generous amounts of the sauce and capers. Enjoy!
