Quick & easy seasoned shrimp and creamy cheesy grits.

Directions
Prep ingredients.
Boil water and add 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Reduce heat to low and slowly add grits. Cover pan and cook 5 to 6 minutes stirring occasionally. Once grits are cooked remove from heat and add in cream cheese and cheddar cheese stirring till cheese melts. Then add in Chesapeake seasoning stirring till combined. Cover grits and set aside.
In a medium skillet heat to medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add shrimp cooking a couple minutes on each side. Shrimp cooks fast so keep a close eye on them. Shrimp should have an internal temperature of 145 degrees. when cooked. Once cooked remove from heat and set aside.
In the same skillet add a tablespoon of butter and heat on medium till melted. Add corn and green onions, saute for a few minutes. Then add tomatoes and garlic saute for a couple minutes until tomatoes start to just soften.
Add shrimp to the tomato mixture and saute for a minute then remove from heat.
Add grits to a bowl and spoon shrimp mixture on top. Enjoy!
