Shrimp, orzo, sweet peas, asparagus, parmesan and fresh lemon juice! Serve hot or cold, as a side salad or meal.

Cook orzo according to packaging instructions.
Make dressing. In a small bowl combine 1/4 cup olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and stir.
While orzo cooks chop and lightly sauté asparagus in olive oil, salt and pepper. Set aside in a large bowl.
In the same skillet sauté shrimp a couple minutes on each side in olive oil, salt and pepper. Add shrimp to the bowl with asparagus and set a side.
When orzo finishes cooking, rinse with cold water and drain. Add orzo to the bowl with shrimp and asparagus. Add peas, parsley and dressing. Toss until everything is thoroughly coated.
Chill then serve. Enjoy!
