An easy flavor packed taco meal!

Make seasoning rub. In a small bowl combine garlic powder, red peppers flakes, salt, smoked paprika, Mexican oregano, chili powder, cumin and pepper.
Pat pork dry with a paper towel and trim off fat. Rub seasoning all over pork.
Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the bottom of your crockpot then add meat. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, turning pork occasionally. Cook until your pork can easily be shredded with a fork.
Once pork is cooked shred and combine with the juices that are left in the slow cooker.
In a large skillet, brown tortillas. Add a dash of oil to the pan, heat on medium high and brown flipping them frequently.
Make tacos. Place a generous amount of seasoned pork, shredded cheese, salsa, avocado slices and chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
