Citrus blend with garlic, mint & spices inspired by the Mojito Cocktail.
Ingredients
Directions
Citrus blend with savory and fruity flavors inspired by the Mojito Cocktail. Mojito Lime marinade is a combination of mint leaves, sugar, citrus juices, garlic and spices. McCormick has a wildly popular Mojito Lime Marinade Mix; this is my version that is made with the same ingredients right out of your fridge and pantry. This can be used on any meat, seafood or poultry. This particular recipe is enough marinade for 12 ounces of meat but can easily be doubled or tripled.

Zest the oranges and lime into a medium bowl. Next juice the oranges and lime, adding the juice to the same bowl. Finely chop the mint leaves and place in the bowl. Add sugar, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, chipotle powder, smoked paprika and salt. Mix everything together until combined. Enjoy! Pictured is Mojito Lime Salmon.
