Ingredients

    Directions

    Step1

In a medium pot, add enough water to cover shrimp. Bring the water to a boil. Add cleaned shrimp to the pot of boiling water. Boil for 2-3 minutes and drain into a colander. Run cold water over the shrimp to stop the cooking. Once the shrimp are cool, chop them into bitesize pieces. Add the shrimp to a large mixing bowl after chopping.

    Step2

In a small bowl combine catsup, lemon juice, onion powder, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, granulated sugar and salt, mixing until combined. You can also use store bought sauce if you desire. Add sauce to the bowl of shrimp. Finely dice celery and onion adding them to the bowl also. Gently stir until combined. Chill until ready to serve.

    Step3

Serve with a celery stick and a lemon wedge. Enjoy!
