Guacamole Recipe

Delicious guacamole with avocados, jalapenos, diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro & green chilies.

    Step1

    Peel avocados, remove pit and mash pulp with a fork or potato masher to desired consistency.

    Step2

    Add diced cilantro, onion, tomatoes, peppers and chilies to a bowl. I save my cilantro stems for other uses like salad dressings. Just freeze them and put them in the blender with lime juice and mayonnaise for a quick dressing. Mix the guacamole ingredients together until combined. Add lemon juice and salt.

    Step3

    Serve with chips or raw vegetables.
