Bold, buttery, and delightfully crisp, Parmesan Garlic Steakhouse Croutons bring a gourmet crunch to every bite, making them an ideal addition to salads, soups, or even as a tasty snack!
Ingredients
Directions
Bold, buttery, and irresistibly crisp—our Parmesan Garlic Steakhouse Croutons bring gourmet crunch to every bite, perfect for salads, soups, and savory snacking.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line 1-2 baking sheets with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Cut the bread into cubes of your preferred size. I used French bread, but Ciabatta is another excellent option.
Place the bread cubes on the prepared baking sheet in 1 layer. Toast in the oven for 10 minutes.
While the croutons toast in the oven, add 3 tablespoons of butter and 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until the butter melts. Then add 3 pressed or minced garlic cloves to the butter and oil cooking for 1-2 minutes, making sure not to burn the garlic. Remove from heat. Toss the lightly toasted croutons with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and cracked pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.
Spread the croutons back onto a baking sheet and return them to the oven for 15 minutes, or until they are toasted and crunchy.
Enjoy!
