Pastry Baked Brie with Sugar Plum Jam & Baguette Slices

Brie cheese with sweet and tart sugar plum jam, crisp flaky pastry & fresh sliced baguettes for more dipping!

    Step1

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Make egg wash, beat one egg in a small bowl with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of water. Place one sheet of the puff pastry in the middle of the prepared baking sheet. Place one wheel of brie in the middle of the pastry sheet.

    Step2

    Add jam to the top of the brie. I used sugar plum jam on one and tomato jam on the other. The sugar plum jam recipe, tomato jam recipe and the easy baguette recipe are posted in the conclusion box at the bottom of the page.

    Step3

    Fold the pastry around the brie. Brush the pastry with egg wash.

    Step4

    Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

    Step5

    Serve with slices of crusty bread, fruit or crackers.
