Sweet and spicy Sausage Stuffed Cherry Peppers are the ultimate GameDay appetizer, and they only require two ingredients!
Ingredients
Directions
Bite-sized, sweet and spicy sausage-stuffed cherry peppers make the perfect game day or anytime appetizer and snack. They're easy to pop in your mouth and enjoy and even easier to make!
Preheat the oven to 375°F and cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Wash the peppers thoroughly. Use a paring knife to cut around the stems and gently remove them. Scoop out the seeds and membranes. If the peppers are completely round and unsteady, trim a small portion off the bottoms to create a flat surface so they stay upright.
Fill each pepper with sausage, ensuring that the entire pepper is completely stuffed.
Place the stuffed peppers on the prepared baking sheet and bake them for 15-20 minutes or until their internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let them cool for 10 minutes after baking.
Serve and enjoy!
