Toast pine nuts until lightly golden brown. In a food processor add toasted pine nuts and garlic clove, processing on high until completely minced. Next add basil leaves, Parmesan cheese and lemon juice processing until finely minced. Add extra virgin olive oil and process until completely combined. Salt and pepper to taste.

Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Enjoy!
