    Step1

    Drain chickpeas reserving 2 tablespoons of their liquid. Add chickpeas to the food processor and the 2 tablespoons of liquid. Add in peeled garlic cloves, cumin, olive oil and lemon juice.

    Step2

    Mix on high until smooth.

    Step3
