Delicious, juicy grilled chicken breast with a simple, yet delightful marinade.
Ingredients
Directions

Marinate turkey. Remove the turkey from packaging, rinse and pat dry with paper towels. In a Ziplock bag or bowl combine 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons of Dijon Mustard and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Add turkey breasts to the marinade. Salt and pepper to taste. Marinate the turkey for up to 12 hours being the maximum and 30 minutes being the minimum. After 12 hours the acids in the marinade will break down the turkey fibers causing mushy, stringy turkey.
Heat grill to around 350 degrees F. Oil the grates generously with cooking oil. Pat the turkey dry with paper towels and discard the remaining marinade. Cook the turkey with lid closed until grill marks appear and turkey can be easily turned, approximately 7-minutes. Turn, reduce heat and cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Remove from the grill and allow turkey to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve and enjoy! Grilled Turkey Breast is shown with our Tomato Cucumber Feta Salad with Orzo.
