Directions
In a Dutch oven, sauté onion in a dash of cooking oil for a few minutes on medium heat until it softens.
Add meat to the pot and cook till no longer pink.
Drain off any excess fat from meat onion mixture.
Add remaining ingredients to the pot
Heat to bubbling then reduce heat to a simmer.
Cook uncovered for about 30 minutes or until desired thickness is achieved.
