Combine garlic, paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, sugar and 2 tablespoons of lime juice in a ziplock bag. Add your shrimp to the bag making sure they are all coated and marinate for about 20-30 minutes.

While your shrimp are marinating start your cabbage slaw. Combine 2 cups of chopped green or purple cabbage to a large bowl. add in the 2 diced jalapenos, 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro, 1/2 a grated carrot, 1/4 cup of thinly sliced red onion and 2 tablespoons of lime juice. mix and set aside. Slice 2 avocados for garnish.

Now start the sauce. Mix 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt or sour cream, 1 teaspoon of Sriracha sauce, and 1 tablespoon of lime juice together and set aside.
Grill/prepare your tortillas.

In a medium large skillet add 2 tablespoons of butter, heat on medium high heat. Add shrimp to the pan. cook for a minute or 2 on each side. Shrimp cook super fast, keep a close eye on them. Remove from heat and assemble tacos.
