Boil fettuccine according to package instructions.
Tear cooked warm rotisserie chicken into large chunks, keep warm and set aside.
In a large skillet melt 2 tablespoons butter. Whisk in 1/8 cup flour stirring for about a minute.
Whisk in heavy cream, white wine, garlic and cracked pepper. Add parmesan cheese and stir. Cook till sauce thickens to desired consistency. about 8-10 minutes.
Drain pasta and toss in sauce coating the noodles. Place in a bowl and add chicken on top and a spoon full of sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve and enjoy!
