Creamy pumpkin, warm pumpkin spice, and bold coffee come together for the coziest fall latte.
Ingredients
Directions
This Pumpkin Spice Latte is cozy fall in a cup and so easy to whip up. Made with real pumpkin, warm pumpkin spice, and a touch of sweetness, it’s the perfect way to welcome crisp autumn days. Creamy, comforting, and ready in minutes without an espresso machine, it’s finished with whipped cream and a sprinkle of spice for a café‑style treat at home.
Gather your ingredients and brew 1/2 cup of espresso or very strong coffee.
In a small saucepan, add 2 cups of whole or 2% milk, 3 tablespoons pumpkin purée, 2 tablespoons maple syrup or brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Whisk together over medium‑high heat until steaming and well blended.
Heat until steaming and frothy, whisking constantly. Do not boil.
Remove from the heat and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1/2 cup of espresso or strong brewed coffee. Stir until combined.
Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice. This Pumpkin Spice Latte can also be made ahead and served cold or even used as a coffee creamer — just prepare the milk, pumpkin, and spice mixture in a saucepan, let it cool completely, then refrigerate it for up to two days. When you’re ready to enjoy it, pour it over ice with your brewed coffee for a chilled, creamy fall drink that’s every bit as cozy as the warm version.
Enjoy!
