A dreamy no-bake dessert! So easy to make! Delicious and has a beautiful presentation!
Ingredients
Directions
This cool, no‑bake Southern banana pudding is the kind of effortless dessert everyone loves. It’s creamy, comforting, and full of classic vanilla‑banana flavor, yet incredibly simple to put together. Because it chills instead of baking, it comes together quickly and can be made entirely ahead of time, making it a lifesaver during busy holidays or family gatherings.
In a large mixing bowl, beat 8 ounces of room-temperature cream cheese with an electric mixer. Next, add two 3.4-ounce boxes of vanilla or French vanilla instant pudding, one 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk, and 2 1/4 cups of regular milk. Mix until smooth.
Gently fold in 2/3 cup of Cool Whip, reserving the rest for the top.
Slice bananas just before using them so they have a nice color. In a trifle dish start the layers. 1st layer Nilla Wafers on the bottom of the dish. 2nd layer is slices of bananas (banana coins) on top of the cookies.
3rd layer is a layer of pudding.
4th layer is Nilla Wafers standing up around the outside of the dish and lying flat in the middle.
5th layer is a layer of banana coins on top of the cookies.
6th layer is a layer of pudding.
7th layer is bananas standing up around the outside of the dish with Nilla Wafers in the middle.

8th layer is all of the remaining pudding.
9th layer is the remaining Cool whip.
10th layer is broken up Nilla Wafers for topping garnish. Cover the banana pudding tightly with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least two hours, or until the mixture has fully set. For the best texture and flavor, let it rest overnight so the pudding thickens, the wafers soften, and the bananas infuse the cream.
Dish up a generous amount of chilled banana pudding.
Enjoy!
