Easy, delicious Alfredo sauce with broccoli and shrimp.
Ingredients
Directions
This Broccoli Shrimp Alfredo is rich and comforting, with succulent shrimp, crisp‑tender broccoli, and a velvety garlic Parmesan sauce that clings beautifully to the pasta. A splash of lemon and white wine brightens the dish, balancing the creaminess and making it as satisfying as it is elegant.
Pat shrimp dry, salt and pepper both sides.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 6–7 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the broccoli and cut it into florets. Add the florets to the boiling water with the pasta and cook for 3–5 minutes, until crisp‑tender.
While the pasta cooks, sauté the shrimp. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, cooking briefly until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Transfer the shrimp to a plate, leaving the pan juices in the skillet.
Pour in 1/4 cup of white wine, stirring and cooking for 1–2 minutes to deglaze the skillet and lift up the garlic‑butter flavors.
Whisk in 1 cup of cream and 1/2 cup of Parmesan—salt and pepper to taste. Cook for a couple more minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
Drain pasta and broccoli.

Add the pasta, broccoli, and shrimp to the skillet with the sauce. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and a sprinkle of cracked black pepper, then serve with extra Parmesan.
Enjoy!
