Delicious honey Dijon corn that’s easy and amazingly delicious!

If you are like me and have a garden producing an abundance of corn, you might be looking for an easy, delicious recipe to put that corn to good use. Or if you want a tasty corn recipe, you are in the right place, too! This recipe can also be used with canned corn. This is an easy recipe and one of my favorite ways to eat corn, as it is so incredibly good!
Husk corn and wash off any corn silk fibers.
Carefully cut the corn off the cob, staying close to the cob to get all the kernels.
Once corn is cut from the cob, heat a medium skillet on medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and let it melt. Next, add the corn and sauté for 4-5 minutes. Add the remaining butter and continue to sauté.
Next, add Dijon Mustard and honey, stirring until everything is coated and the corn is cooked, approximately 2-3 minutes.
